This is laid down in the initiative launched by the airline Lufthansa, which, through an “insurance on their own,” undertakes to reimburse up to 200 euros (20 per day for ten days) in the event of bad weather during the holidays. The formula is called “Sunshine-Insurance” and provides for the respect of a number of conditions: it is valid on tickets to 36 destinations (in Italy, for Rome, Venice, Florence, Bologna and Verona), you can buy it without charge until August 18 for a trip that will end no later than November 8, and EUR 20 per day.
